Affordable Discount Plan

 

 No Insurance?  No Problem!

 

We offer an affordable in-office discount plan that allows individuals and families to receive reduced fee dental services.  it covers you (and your family if applicable) for 12 months from the sign up-date.  A 25% discount will be applied to all Usual and Customary Rate (URC) fees for any treatment that is needed.

 

Your annual membership includes a comprehensive exam, periodic exam, and corresponding x-rays.  Also included is one free prophylactic (simple) cleaning per year.

 

This plan is great for those without insurance, retirees, students, and small business owners!

 

The individual plan is $160

The family plan is $250

**Dependants are covered up to their 26th birthday with the family plan.
